Rossi RelaysRacing Rossi 2016.. Welp I ran in an open 100 hurdle race this past weekend and let’s just say after hurdle 6, hurdles got farther and farther away.. technique slowed.. and you get the point haha. What I am most happy about is last year this time I ran 14.14.. This year 13.65..I guess you can say my time is coming!!
